I'm so excited about the last three things! Once my tax return is deposited into my bank account, I will be able to purchase my plane ticket and book my tour for Scotland! I'm also looking forward to my first ever hike in Sedona with my friend, Dana. We picked an easy trail to start (West Fork Trail by Oak Creek, for those who are interested), so hopefully it'll be quite an enjoyable experience. This all is due to what I'm currently working on, which is my fitness. For the last month and a half I have been focusing on eating better and feeling better, and now that I'm getting a handle on my food, it's time to up the ante and start working out. I'm fortunate to have a free gym at my work, and I have some cool people that are willing to work out with me after our shifts (which is saying a lot, considering we get off at 11pm!).
Since I've started eating better and trying to just be healthy, I can see a huge improvement in my life. I have more energy, I'm happier, I don't feel so sluggish and...well, useless. I'm getting things done and I can't wait to see what new adventures this change in lifestyle will bring!
